At Top Layer, all edible products are printed fresh to order.

Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.

All orders require a production period before dispatch.

Standard processing time:

1–3 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak periods, processing times may extend slightly.

We currently ship within Western Australia only.

Standard Shipping (WA)

Flat rate shipping is available at checkout.

Express Shipping (WA)

Express shipping is available for urgent orders. Please select this option at checkout.

Please note: Express shipping applies to delivery speed only and does not reduce production time.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays.

All edible sheets are carefully packaged flat with protective backing to prevent bending during transit.

While we take every precaution to protect your order, we cannot guarantee carrier handling.

If your parcel arrives damaged:

We will assess and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Local pickup is available from our council-approved commercial home kitchen location.

Pickup instructions will be provided via email after your order is confirmed.
