At Top Layer, we print edible cake and cupcake toppers fresh to order.

Because our products are personalised and perishable food items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Personalised Products

Products customised with names, ages, colours or design selections cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or do not comply with Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring spelling and details are correct at checkout.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

• A replacement or refund for a major failure

• A replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

• The outer packaging

• The internal packaging

• The damaged product

We will assess the claim and offer a replacement where appropriate.

Food Safety

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of edible products.
